Openly does not have blanket restrictions on pools or trampolines, nor do we mandate fencing, netting, or safety barriers. However, there are specific portal actions and property conditions to keep in mind during the quoting process.
Pools
You must select Yes to the pool question in the portal. Ensure the value of the pool is accounted for under Coverage B (Other Structures)
- Property Condition: The pool must be properly maintained and cannot be located on a rooftop. Openly will not accept pools that are incomplete, in disrepair, or left as an empty hole in the ground.

Safety Barriers: Openly has no requirement for fencing, netting, or other safety barriers around pools.
Trampolines
Openly has no restrictions on trampoline ownership and does not ask within the portal.
