Every Openly property policy includes built-in coverage of up to $10,000 in property damage and up to $50,000 in liability for losses caused by fungi (like mold), rot, and/or bacteria.
This non-optional protection includes the expense of removing fungi from property covered under Section I. It also covers the costs associated with air quality testing and the "tear out" and replacement of any part of the building required to access the damaged area.
