What Is Auto in Agency?

Auto in Agency for all policy types can be applied on the Coverage tab in the Portal. Agents can add it during the quoting process or request to add it through our Customer Experience Team if a policyholder has a Personal Auto Policy (PAP) with the agent or agency.

A Commercial Auto Policy will not be eligible for this offering. We will accept a classic car as long as it is covered under a Personal Auto Policy. 

To add it to a quote:

1. Fill out the required information in the Interview and Property Review tab.

2. Navigate to the Coverage tab Once the quote shows Eligible status. 

3. Auto In Agency will be the second option from the top of the tab, as shown above.

4. Click the Yes button, and the discount will be added.

If the policy is issued, you can request our service team to add Auto in Agency via our webform. To add it, the service team would need a Declaration page for the vehicle or the following information included in the email:

  • The Personal Auto Policy number
  • The Personal Auto Policy carrier name
  • The Personal Auto Policy term dates
