Openly’s commission data is primarily distributed monthly via the IVANS Direct Bill Commission Statement (DBCS). Depending on your agency setup, you can track your commission tiers, receive automated statements in your management system, or get updates via email.
Where to Find Your Commission Information
To easily find what you need, determine whether you are looking for your overarching commission structure (Portal) or your monthly statement data (AMS/Email).
In the Openly Agent Portal (Commission Tiers Only)
To view your agency's current commission tier and rate structure:
- Log in to the Openly Agent Portal.
-
Click on your profile picture/name in the upper-right corner to open the Settings area.
-
Navigate to your Agency Details to view your active commission tier.
In Your Agency Management System (Monthly Statements)
Detailed monthly commission statements are delivered directly to your Agency Management System (AMS) via IVANS.
- Setup: You must configure IVANS within your specific AMS to receive these automated downloads. Follow these steps.
- Support: For help setting up this integration, please contact your specific Agency Management System's Support Desk.
