For all policy types, information regarding the dwelling's primary heating source is required on the Property Review tab in the portal. This question applies specifically to the main dwelling and requires a Yes or No response.
Eligibility
Use the guidelines below to determine the correct portal response. Selecting an ineligible option will automatically result in a Does Not Qualify (DNQ) status that cannot be overridden.

Other Structures
The restrictions above apply only to the main dwelling. Detached structures (Coverage B) utilizing non-thermostatically controlled wood, kerosene, pellet, or similar stoves are eligible for coverage and will not trigger a DNQ.
