IVANS offers a cloud-based data exchange solution that allows Openly to easily and efficiently exchange data with your agency directly into your Agency Management System (AMS). Follow these steps to get started:
- Add Openly's credentials to your AMS: Review the Company Fact Sheet. It contains all the necessary details to update your system, including NAIC codes, supported policy transactions, and Openly's credential information.

Request your downloads: Complete our online request form to initiate the data transfer. Openly must establish an active trading partnership with your agency to deliver policy data to your AMS.
- For Initial Batches: Select the option to download your full initial batch.
- For Single Policies: If you only need an individual policy download, select "No-download specific policy / policies only" when answering the Download Initial Batch question.

- AMS Technical Issues: If you experience connectivity issues linking your AMS to Openly's IVANS mailbox, please contact your AMS support provider directly.
- Internal Escalate: If standard setup steps do not resolve the issue, please contact your agency's Internal System Administrator.
