How Do I Choose a Property's Home Quality?

This question is state-specific and will not be shown in the Portal for all states.

When a home fits multiple quality descriptions (e.g., a basic shaped home with custom kitchens and bathrooms), select the higher quality that applies.

Verification is required to change the home quality on an issued policy. Submit supporting photos (interior, including kitchen / bathroom, and exterior) with your request via our webform.
