Update phone and email preferences
The Policyholder's phone number and email address can now easily be updated without a change endorsement. Visit the new Contact Info tab on any issued policy to view and change this information. More information can be found here.
Update party information on an issued policy
Change endorsement functionality has expanded to allow editing, adding, and deleting parties' information. To update a party on the policy, create a new endorsement and go to the Parties tab. See our article, How Do I Update Parties on an Issued Policy? for more detailed instructions.
Update the policy mailing address
