The Non-Renewals Dashboard allows credentialed users to view agency policies pending non-renewal in real time. Additionally, the Agent of Record automatically receives an email notification for any pending non-renewals.
Accessing the Dashboard
Locate the Non-Renewals Dashboard in the Agent Portal sidebar navigation menu.
The dashboard displays high-level details for each policy pending non-renewal, including:
- Listed agent
- Policy information
- Premium amount
- Non-renewal reason
- Expiration date
Navigating and Filtering Policies
- Filter by Agent: Select the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner to filter policies by a specific Agent of Record. This list includes all agents associated with your agency.
- Adjust Page Display: Select the drop-down menu in the lower-left corner to display up to 20 policies per page.
- View Policy Details: Click directly on any Policy Number to navigate to the individual policy's agent dashboard.
