How Do I Update the Agent of Record?

We recognize that there are situations where the Agent of Record (AOR) would require updating to a new AOR, so here's how to ensure a policy is reassigned to a particular agent. This feature is also available to those with an Agency Admin role.

  1. Open any issued policy from the search screen by clicking Manage.

  1. Select New Transaction.

  1. Select Update Agent of Record, choose an Effective Date, then click Create.

  1. Click Change, and a dropdown will appear to choose the new Agent of Record. 
  2. Choose the new Agent of Record, click Save, then click Next.

  1. Click Issue. The policy now has a new Agent of Record.
