We recognize that there are situations where the Agent of Record (AOR) would require updating to a new AOR, so here's how to ensure a policy is reassigned to a particular agent. This feature is also available to those with an Agency Admin role.
- Open any issued policy from the search screen by clicking Manage.
- Select New Transaction.
- Select Update Agent of Record, choose an Effective Date, then click Create.
- Click Change, and a dropdown will appear to choose the new Agent of Record.
- Choose the new Agent of Record, click Save, then click Next.
- Click Issue. The policy now has a new Agent of Record.
