Openly's Managed Repair Program (MRP) provides policyholders an efficient and reliable repair experience after a covered loss. We partner with a network of pre-qualified, licensed restoration and repair professionals throughout the country.1 These partners specialize in a variety of services, including:

How it works

When filing a claim with Openly, policyholders can choose to use our Managed Repair Program, which connects them with licensed, qualified contractors to handle necessary mitigation and repairs. We currently offer mitigation services during First Notice of Loss (FNOL), via phone or online, and additional services, such as restoration and repair, following claim acceptance and assessment of damage.

For example: In many cases of water damage, adjusters can have mitigation specialists dispatched within four hours to prevent further loss. Additionally, contents restoration specialists can be engaged to salvage personal belongings and furniture. Once vendor needs are identified (e.g., fire contents restoration, general contracting), network providers will contact the policyholder to schedule appointments. A dedicated vendor point of contact will also be assigned.
