Setting Up SinglePoint Rater With Openly

Openly integrates with the SinglePoint comparative rater platform to streamline your quoting workflow for properties in Massachusetts.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part One: Generate Your Access Key in Openly

1. Log in to your Openly portal and navigate to the Raters & IVANS section of the Settings page.
2. Locate the SinglePoint tile and click the Generate Key button.

Part Two: Configure Credentials in SinglePoint

1. Open a separate browser window, log in to the SinglePoint interface, and navigate to the Settings page.    

   

    

2. Click on the Carrier and Third Party Credentials option. 

   

    

3. Locate Openly from the carrier list.
4. Enter the email address you use to log in to Openly as your User ID.

5. Paste the Access Key you copied in part one into the Password field. 

   

    

6. Save your changes, close the settings tab, and return to the main SinglePoint workspace.  

   

    

Your setup is now finalized! You should see a connection confirmation status next to Openly in your credentials list. You are officially ready to begin quoting Openly risks directly through the SinglePoint platform.

Additional Support

If you run into issues connecting your accounts, use the following resources to get back on track:

• Access Key Reset: If SinglePoint throws a credential or access error, go back to Openly’s Settings page, click Delete Key, and generate a fresh key to paste into your SinglePoint password field.
• If resetting your key doesn't work, please reach out to your agency's system administrator or contact Boston Software Support directly for system assistance.
