For all agent inquiries to endorse a policy or obtain policy-specific information Openly must be provided with the Agency ID. Each agency is assigned a unique identifier beginning with "AG-" that can be found in the Portal on the Settings page.
Open the Settings page within the Portal by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Click the Agency Details tab at the top of the page and your Agency ID will be located on the right side of the screen under the Agency Account information.
