Multi-Factor Authentication

We're updating the Openly Agent Portal to keep your data secure. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is transitioning from an optional feature to a mandatory portal requirement. This security enhancement protects your business and policyholders’ data.

Existing users will see a pop-up message in their dashboard, notifying them of their scheduled MFA date within the coming weeks. On your rollout date, you will be prompted to select a new authentication method. 

Visit Settings to add or remove an authentication method at any time.

To apply this update and perform routine maintenance, the Agent Portal will be offline from 9-11 pm ET on Wednesday, July 8 from 9-11pm ET.
