When submitting mortgagee or direct bill payments by check, please ensure they are made payable to Openly LLC. Mailed check payments can take up to two weeks to be received, processed, and reflected on the account.
Note: While Openly LLC is preferred, checks written to Clearblue or Rockridge are also accepted, provided they are sent to the correct lockbox address. Do not send payments to Rockridge corporate physical offices. All checks must be mailed directly to one of the lockbox addresses below to avoid severe processing delays.
