When entering property details in the Agent Portal, indicating the correct number of bathrooms is essential for calculating an accurate reconstruction value for the dwelling. The bathroom selection field is located on the Property Review tab.
Unlike traditional real estate listings that use fractions or decimals (such as a 1.5 or 2.5 bath), Openly tracks bathrooms strictly by the number of operational toilets in the dwelling. Because of this specific underwriting rule, the bathroom count entered must always be a whole number. Separate powder rooms or wash areas that contain only a sink or only a shower stall—but not a toilet—do not count toward the total number of bathrooms in the portal.
