This weak category only affords notification rights and does NOT afford ANY insurance coverage.
Use it for those other than mortgagees who require notice when the policy is canceled, non-renewed, or has coverage materially reduced. This would be where management companies must be placed, for example.
Do NOT use this coverage for any person or entity needing insurance. Instead, find the appropriate category from the other choices.
