Event Liability Insurance or Host Liquor Liability
Openly does not currently offer event liability policies for all policy types (except in Massachusetts), and we recommend looking into other insurance providers for this type of product.
Host Liquor Liability refers to the liability individuals assume as hosts if they hold a social gathering where alcohol is provided, but guests aren't paying for it. It covers individuals and not businesses.
Property Remediation for Liquid Fuel and Limited Escaped Fuel Liability Coverage
Limited coverage is offered for fuel that escapes from one or more containers, tanks, or vessels used to hold liquid fuel.
Openly offers $50K coverage for property remediation and $200K for bodily injury. To qualify for the coverage, the insured must submit a 1A Form showing the oil storage tank complies with state requirements.
