Agents can initiate a change to select parties listed on an existing policy within the Agent Portal.
- Human Named Insured & Legal Entity Named Insured: Add / change mailing addresses for either party.
- Non-Resident Trustees: Add, delete, or edit trustee details.
- Other Household Members: Add, delete, or edit household member details.
- Additional Interests: Add, delete, or edit additional interest details.
Submit any other policy changes to the Customer Experience Team via Live Chat or the webform.
Updating an Existing Party
Follow these steps to change party details within the Agent Portal.
- Search for the policy and click View.

Select Policy Actions.

Choose Change Endorsement.

Select the effective date and click Create.
- In the Parties section, to add click +Additional. To change, click Edit next to the party requiring updates, or remove a party that is no longer needed.
- Click Save, then click Next.

Review the proposed changes on the Review screen. If correct, Issue the change.
- Once issued, the updated Declaration Page will automatically generate under the policy's Documents tab.
Updating Parties via Webform or Live Chat
All other changes must be made using either our webform or Live Chat. During high-volume periods, you may be asked to submit complex requests via webform to ensure your request is routed and processed efficiently.
Third-Party Designation (Connecticut)
For policies covering a dwelling in Connecticut, agents must ensure a CT Third-Party Designation Form is completed and submitted via the webform.
