How Do I Update the Policyholder's Phone Number and Email Address?

  1. Search for the issued policy and click Manage
  2. Go to the Contact Info tab.
  3. Click Edit on Communication Preferences
  1. Update the email address or phone number, and click Save.
  2. Contact our Customer Experience team if the policyholder wishes to change how they receive policy documents. Depending on state-specific guidelines, this change may impact the premium amount.
