Payment Guidelines & Requirements
- Authorization Forms: Selecting EFT or Credit Card automatically sends a Payment Authorization Form to the policyholder. Premium payments require a signed authorization matching the payment details before drafting. If you need a physical document, find instructions in our Payment Authorization Form article.
- Processing Fees: Credit and debit card payments are processed through One, Inc. and incur a 2.99% processing fee.
- Making a Payment: Updating the payment method on file does not process an immediate premium payment.
- Mailing Addresses: To view standard and overnight mailing addresses for Direct Bill or Mortgage Escrow payments, visit our Payment Address article.
