Policy Payment Options

Agents can process payments in the Agent Portal by credit card or EFT, or send a secure, one-time ePay Link to the insured. To make a payment, search and view the policy.

Select the Billing tab to click Pay Now.

Make a Direct Payment

Follow these steps to process a payment on behalf of the insured:

  1. Click Pay Now.
  2. Select either Credit/Debit Card or EFT as the payment method, then click Select

Note: There is a 2.99% service fee for all credit or debit card transactions.

  3. Enter the payment details, then click Continue.

Once processed, an on-screen confirmation will appear. This serves as your receipt—you can print the screen or note the details for the policyholder.

Send an ePay Link

If the policyholder prefers to enter their own payment details, you can send them a secure, one-time link:

  1. Click Pay Now and choose ePay Link

Note: A 2.99% service fee applies to all credit or debit card transactions.

  2. Click on Contact Method and select either Email or Text / SMS from the drop-down menu.

  3. Enter the email address or phone number, and click Send.

A confirmation indicating that the ePay link was sent successfully will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Important Information

  • Fees & Payment Types: For detailed information about each payment method, including any applicable fees, please refer to our article Payment Methods.
