Named Insureds

Every policy requires at least one Named Insured listed under Human Named Insured. This section auto-fills from the applicant's details during quoting. Generally, individuals listed on the property deed who reside in the home should be listed as Human Named Insured.

Note: If an individual is listed on the property deed but does not reside in the home (other than controlling owner(s) of a landlord policy), do not add them as a Human Named Insured. Generally, evaluate them for Additional Insured status.

To add, click +Human Named Insured and enter their information.
